The Symphony Bluelight Gazetteer is the industry leading, corporate gazetteer management system for the emergency services. It is the only BS7666 compliant gazetteer system built specifically for the emergency services and as such contains functionality not available anywhere else.
It allows the emergency services to take copies of and updates to the AddressBase Premium, which can be built on with local records, improved with candidate records and extended with the Xtended Data Module.
It has been designed and built in collaboration with the emergency services and is suitable for use in the fire & rescue service, the police force and the ambulance service. It is the culmination of over three years of consultation, research and development, and is under constant review to ensure ongoing compatibility with the frontline and back office systems it is designed to supply addressing too.
