As signatories of the MSA, Passenger Transport Executives (PTEs) are entitled to both the NLPG and NSG. The first major users of this data were Transport for London with whom we helped to create their pan-London gazetteer.

Just as TfL use their gazetteer data to aid in the co-ordination of street works, so can utility companies. The precise geographic data contained within the NLPG and NSG makes working easier and more efficient.
