Wales has unique requirements when it comes to address management, going from the large metropolitan areas such as Cardiff and Swansea, through to the vast mountainous expanses covered by the County of Powys. This uniqueness not only affects the creation of address data, but has large repercussions for those relying on the data such as the emergency services.

One Wales – One Voice seeks to bring these varying requirements together to discuss, debate and ultimately gain consensus.

Who should attend One Wales – One Voice?

One Wales – One Voice is ideal for anyone working in address management in Wales.  If you create address data you will gain from being with the end-users and hearing their needs; whilst if you are that end user, you will gain from the opportunity to influence the people who create and maintain it.

Whether you’re a member of the MSA or the PGA, whether your address data of choice is NLPG, AddressLayer 2, AddressPoint or PAF, you will benefit from adding your voice to the debate.

What else do I get out of it?

One Wales – One Voice is accredited by the AGI and attendance will earn you four AGI CPD points, which will help if you are aiming to become a Chartered Geographer or are looking for Continuing Professional Development
