  Introduction to Symphony PMS

Property and Asset Management is a fundamental component in the public sector, even more so now with the government's drives to sell off large quantities of public assets.

 

Symphony PMS is a new Property and Asset Management System, which has been designed and built in collaboration with Cardiff Council. It allows you to manage the acquisitions, sales, maintenance and legalities involved in property and asset management and derives all address data directly from the LLPG thus creating cross-departmental standardisation and removing the possibility of duplicate addresses.
