We developed Symphony PMS by taking into account the failings and limitations of existing property management systems. It has
been built in an Agile fashion with ‘real life’ end users giving active feedback
on the product throughout its development life cycle.
With the commercial availability of the AddressBase products, we can now offer the housing sector the most comprehensive and accurate address data available. For consistency and accuracy, the AddressBase products contain the UPRN, whilst for greater, more concise use of GIS, each record contains geographic coordinates.
