Symphony iMatch Version 5 has just been released by Aligned Assets.  iMatch provides a powerful and easy to use application to match addresses to any Local Land and Property Gazetteer (LLPG).

 

iMatch special features include:

• A powerful Address matcher, specifically designed to make it fast and easy to bring other datasets into line with your LLPG

• Intuitive interface to make the labour intensive process of address matching as quick and easy as possible

• The ability to accept, ignore, reject or log issues when interactive matching

• A ‘Remember Match’ feature to improve hit rates when known mismatches are identified

• The ability to create partial import files to load BLPU Cross References into your LLPG for matched records

• Several new features to improve usability when address matching, such as a tool to find a string in the search list window and the facility to reorder the search results window to help find matches.

There are a number of key benefits when using iMatch.  For example, iMatch enables the correction and synchronisation of key business systems, it joins up all existing address files by tagging them with the Unique Property Reference Number (UPRN) key so that departmental systems can link into the central LLPG and it enables the creation of BLPU Cross References so that the LLPG can be linked out to departmental systems. These are the crucial steps towards creating a centrally managed and integrated Corporate Address solution.

 

iMatch is part of Aligned Assets’ Symphony Suite, the independent gazetteer solution which allows data to be linked or distributed to other supplier systems as required.
