PMS Contact Manager

The Symphony PMS Contact Manager gives the user full management of a central list of contact details from organisations and tenants through to contractors.  Not only does it allow for the maintenance of standard contact information such as address and email, but included is ability to record both contact type and preferred mode of contact.

This directory can be used to save significant time as once entered, the contact details can be used throughout the system from mail merges through to generating tenants or interested parties.
