PMS Surveys

PMS Surveys is a separate module in Symphony PMS that allows for the extensive recording and reporting of surveys data against properties. It allows for your surveyors to enter all details of problems found and create Maintenance Tasks to facilitate their rectification.

An extensive set of reports are available for individual properties or for a group of properties including:

Backlog and Expenditure on Buildings Report
Disability Access Audit Report
Property Condition Report
Asbestos Report
Disability Access Audit – Required Works Report
All Buildings Gross Internal Floor Space Report
Total Expenditure on Buildings by Type Report
All Buildings Backlog of Maintenance by Cost Report
Works Detail Report
Block Plan Report
