Symphony PMS includes full tenancy management. There is the ability to add multiple tenants to tenancies and full field level auditing is also provided for any case changes.
PMS Tenancy Management works through a simple tab format that means that all tenancy information, including any attached documents are only one click away.

PMS Tenant Management
All tenancies will contain at least one tenant so Symphony PMS offers a solution for complete tenant management. If a contact for the tenant already exists in the PMS Contact Manager, it can be brought across into the tenant record. Alternatively, new details can be entered, which will be automatically saved to the directory. Tenant details will include Tenant ID, organisation name and full contact details.
