PMS Workflow

 

Symphony PMS allows a case to follow a pre-defined lifecycle.  PMS Workflow also supports the automation of:

  • Task creation and allocation
  • Case \ Stage progression when a certain task is completed.

In addition to the automation of the workflow, the user can at any point create a task against a case and assign it to themselves or another Symphony PMS user.  To do this they simply select the case, define the task and finally assign it to the appropriate officer.

 

Tasks can be viewed by property, case owner, or individually, giving a clear and concise breakdown of responsibilities.
