By having all of your address data standardised to BS7666 and populated with a UPRN, there can be confidence that each user of address data, regardless of department is working from the same information.

Once an address matching process has been completed, each system can be linked together using Symphony iExchange meaning that each address dataset can be kept regularly updated.

• Enables the correction and synchronisation of key business systems

• Records a full history of matched records

• Allows for the creation of system cross referencing by tagging all address files with a Unique Property Reference Number (UPRN)

• Creates BLPU Cross Reference import files from your matched address files for importing via the Symphony Import application to update your AddressBase or LLPG data

• Select from a list of addresses that share for example a street name or postcode

• Geocode your own data files, creating points in the appropriate buildings

• Set the threshold score for level of matching accuracy per use

• The ability to display Search History and Address List panels

• Can be run in either Automatic or Interactive mode

• Can be utilised as a stand alone application to locate addresses and paste into other applications such as MS Word
• Geocoder to enable your data to be viewed spatially
• When used in conjunction with MapInfo Professional the user is able to find an address and MapInfo will then zoom to that position on the map
