Often organisations will maintain disparate address data between departments, with each department updating their own information, which in turn can result in inaccuracies and duplications, and is an inefficient use of resources.

Internally within an organisation, iSearchWeb works as an intranet web service that allows for all departments to search and access the NLPG data. This allows for an organisation to maintain a single address database that all departments can use, saving both time and money.

Addresses can be simply copied and pasted into other documents, whilst cross references attributed to that address can be used to link into other applications.
