Within the Street Naming and Numbering process there are numerous people that need to be contacted. These can include the applicant(s), the emergency services, the planners, the developers, the LLPG Custodian etc.
Symphony SNN allows you to add the details of each applicant so they are stored for retrival at any time and can be linked into other processes such as broadcast lists.
It is when adding a new contact that in addition to the basic details such as address and telephone number that their Prefered Mode of Contact can be logged as well as which Type of Contact they are.
