Easy Access to Your Data
All the information you need to process your street naming and numbering cases is available intuitively through Symphony SNN.
The steps that take you from beginning to end are all accessible via an easy to use tree view. Clicking on the plus sign beside a particular step will expand the tree to show all the cases currently at the selected step.

In order to enter that case and view/edit its details you simply select a case from the tree, which will populate the Case Details pane with all of the information about that selected case.

Property Range Creation
Because many cases will be for new estates, with a large number of properties, Symphony SNN comes with a property range creation wizard, that allows you to create multiple properties in only a few clicks.

Full Case History
Some cases can take a long time to process and will often involve the input of more than one person. For this reason, Symphony SNN maintains a complete case history, which records every action performed against a case, so that at anytime you can easy pick up from where you lefted off.

Document Management
With most cases there will be numerous documents involves, from plans and letters, though to the original application form. All of these documents can be saved against a case and are easily accessible when required.

Street Naming and Numbering Officers can define application steps and allocate consultants. These steps can be assigned to Street Naming and Numbering cases. When the user sets a step to an Application and submits for approval, consultants defined under the selected step will be contacted.
