The module has built into it a default framework, created in association with Cardiff Council and Bury Metropolitan Borough Council, which means that an authority would not necessarily have to start from scratch as there is the option to use this default process in its entirety, use part of it with one’s own steps added in or, if desired, to redesign the process from the beginning.
