Q. IA has notified me that a file has been rejected due to errors or formatting problems. Is this a software problem?
A. Review the supplied error report and check the sent files to locate the errors in the submitted file. Making sure the file you have is the same as the one IA received. This can be done with textpad or a similar text editor. If the error looks to be missing information in the submission file then forward the returned error report WITH the file you have submitted and the version number of symphony you are using. This is available from the help about. Please do not just forward the error report as both are needed for evaluation. |
