Working with local authorities   Housing associations, whether operating as independent bodies or as ALMOs (Arms Length Management Organisations), although distinct from local authorities, still retain a need to work very closely with them.   Every local authority will have their properties tagged with UPRNs, so having those UPRNs as a housing association will instantly enable a better level of joined up working.
