2017 has been an eventful year for Aligned Assets. In February Andy Hird and myself became the new owners of Aligned Assets by completing a management buyout. This has helped ensure continuity and our independence as Address Management Software suppliers here in the UK and abroad.
Both of us feel strongly that our relationships with our customers is paramount to the company’s success and its continued growth plans. Our philosophy of constantly improving our existing products whilst bringing innovation continues, and we are also striving to make your lives easier by establishing strong partnerships and joint solutions with your other suppliers.

We are grateful to all our customers’ support in continuing to choose our solutions to meet your business needs.
Over the last year we held or attended a number of events where it was great to see many of you including the GeoPlace Conference and GeoData. For those who came to our User Groups, we thank you for taking the time to attend and the feedback you provided in driving product enhancements forward.
Given the continued financial constraints in the public sector, we’ve noticed an increased trend to adopt hosted solutions. We have geared up to support this so you can now move across to a Hosted Environment should you wish to do so.
We continue to work with Ordnance Survey and GeoPlace to accommodate major changes such as the introduction of daily updates to AddressBase Premium and Central Maintenance.
The rapid change in technology and the trend toward mobile devices has resulted in the introduction of our mobile app and augmented reality products – helping you to keep pace with the change.
