Local Authorities: Local Land and Property Gazetteer (LLPG)

Local Land and Property Gazetteer (LLPG)

Our LLPG solution (iManage) is the most functionally rich and advanced available, enabling you to create and maintain the properties within your area in the British Standard BS7666, complete with the Unique Property Reference Number (UPRN) and geographic coordinates. Abundant with time-saving, automation features, it’ll increase efficiency as well as accuracy.

Updates can be scheduled to share with the national hub, GeoPlace, as well as other important operational systems and staff across the council (iExchange).

In addition, you can extend your data by adding anything such as land, natural or man-made features that you do not want to share nationally.

Seamless Integration

We continually work with the major suppliers of local authority operational systems to ensure a seamless integration with our LLPG gazetteer. All the resulting automated processes reduce the need for manual intervention, and therefore duplication of effort, saving time and money.

Cross-referencing with Council Tax system

Location Manager can also be automated to synchronise data from other council systems back into the LLPG, by cross-referencing from such systems as the Council Tax system, Electoral Role or Non-domestic rates, ensuring all data is fully up-to-date before exporting to the national hub.

Recording and sharing location and spatial data

Using the Xtended Data Manager (XDM), you can record any location specific information against any British Standard BS7666 address, such as known risk factors – useful for field staff undertaking residential visits.

Our data engine, Location Manager will organise all your location and spatial data from all the different systems and publish tailored versions of this in any format to any user. Location data could include risks, while spatial data may be administrative areas, flood zones, no-go areas or specific demographic belts and are mostly published as map files. Both the location and spatial data can then be visualised on a smart device in augmented reality through our AR app.

Enhanced business data

As businesses come and go at a fairly fast rate, we can merge the commercial data on the LLPG with business names data supplied by 118 Information. This data is extensively tracked by 118 Information, saving local authorities resources and time. This enhancement will help maximise the delivery of services and accurate billing to commercial premises.

On site or in the cloud
