Aligned Assets are the leading provider in Address Management and Augmented Reality solutions, helping organisations consume, share and match address data.
As gazetteer specialists, we provide the market leading tools for a local authority to manage their Local Land and Property Gazetteer (LLPG). Our solution (iManage) is the most functionally rich and advanced available, enabling local authorities to create and maintain the properties within their area in the British Standard BS7666, complete with the Unique Property Reference Number (UPRN) and geographic coordinates. This can then be shared with the national hub run by GeoPlace, as well as sharing with other important operational systems within the council such as planning, revenues and benefits etc. Derived from a number of modules, our solution can be easily tailored to meet your specific needs.
Having worked closely with the major suppliers of operational systems to the local authorities, our agile LLPG gazetteer will integrate seamlessly with all major public sector systems, allowing you to enjoy the very best address management solution available with the operational system of your choice. All the resulting automated processes reduce the need for manual intervention, and therefore duplication of effort, saving time and money.
Using state-of-the art technology, REST web services, our cloud-based address search and lookup module (Symphony Search), is fast, accurate, resilient and secure. Using AddressBase Premium – the most up-to-date and accurate address dataset available, it utilises the Unique Property Reference Number (UPRN) as the address anchor. Searching across any element of a British Standard BS7666 address, your staff and/or third party operational systems can perform sub-second, predictive searches across the whole of GB.
Searches are driven across three or more servers (as opposed to the standard one), so it’s highly resilient and scalable, enabling ultra-rapid searching for mass users running hundreds of searches per second. It’s also highly secure using the most innovative and sophisticated technology for preventing hacking, audit tracking of searches and denial of service attacks.
For those organisations using Esri ArcGIS, our integration solution Esri ArcGIS Search Locator, will allow you to search an address directly from Esri ArcGIS using the address data held in our LLPG gazetteer.
Our spatial data module (Location Manager) will organise all your spatial data from all the different systems and will publish this in any format to any user. This will cover any type of spatial data such as administrative areas, flood zones, no-go areas or specific demographic belts and are usually, though not restricted to, published as map files.
We can further enhance the already extensive set of commercial addresses by merging this with business names data supplied by 118 Information. This is focused on business properties which change on a regular basis. This data is tracked extensively by the specialist firm 118 Information, saving local authorities diminishing resources for such updates. This will give any local authority the edge for delivery of services and accurate billing to commercial premises.
Our LLPG gazetteer also allows the BS7666 property data that is shared with GeoPlace to be extended by adding property data of specific interest to the council. Of particular interest to planning departments, this could be anything from land, natural or man-made features not nationally recorded.
In addition to synchronising, matching (iMatch and iMatch Advanced) and sharing accurate data (iExchange), local authorities can implement the Xtended Data Manager (XDM) to record any location specific information against any British Standard BS7666 address, such as risk to staff required by departments doing residential visits.
As a modular solution, you can select only those modules that are relevant to you. Powerful and easy to use, our LLPG gazetteer solution is implemented by over 100 local authorities in Great Britain, helping them to drive substantial efficiencies, as well as accuracy.
You can either subscribe to our LLPG gazetteer to manage and maintain in-house yourself, or we can do all of that for you as a hosted cloud based solution.
